If your ordered products are in stock, we send that 24-48 hours after receiving your payment. That means we ship your order the same or next day (ship within 24/48 hours). Order and pay you so for example on a Monday, then sent the Monday or Tuesday (depending on the time) and you have the next day already in the house! The products are out of stock we will send you order in 3-5 days. If a product proves to be out of stock, you will automatically receive this message after this period.

HOW WE SHIP?
Koi and Pond Centrum Netherlands sends true PostNL, TransMission and DHL. PostNL leaves a note for delivered by the neighbors, if you are not there. Some larger items will be shipped via TransMission (These are pallet shipments abroad).

We ship every day.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU ORDER IS SENT?
Very simple: as soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with all shipping information.
TRACK AND TRACE
We have on each package a track & trace code so that we can detect if the delivery is delayed. The track and trace code will be sent to you automatically by email.
TO OTHER COUNTRIES THAN NETHERLANDS
Koi and Pond Centrum Netherlands also sent to all EU countries. These countries can simply select at checkout. Because these countries within the EU, you will not incur any (customs) charges. To these countries we ship all items with the exception of: fish and orders weighing more than 1500 kg.
It goes without saying that these consignments more are on the way! It may take several days to a week, for example, Spain.

But keep always consider a delivery time of 1-2 days. That is the margin used by PostNL. Saturday and Sunday while not count.
