The Plant Sock from Velda is very finely meshed and strong, so that the roots of pond plants cannot proliferate and the pond soil does not wash out.
The Plant Sock is suitable for all types of pond plants and due to the flexibility of the woven material can be placed stably on almost any surface. Pond plants remove harmful waste products from the water with their leaves and roots. They provide oxygen and keep the pond clear and healthy. Each group of pond plants has specific requirements for the soil in which they are planted. That is why Velda has specially developed a nutrient substrate for each group of pond plants. Superdensa is ideally suited for planting oxygenated plants. Water lilies are best planted in Lelite water lily soil. Pond Cultura is recommended as a breeding ground for wetland plants.

It is recommended to cover the pond soil with a layer of cover gravel or pond substrate. For exuberant growth, add growing bulbs.
