Lelite is a nutrient soil specially formulated for water lilies. It contains blue clay and dried peat peat. Due to the special and airy structure of the mixture, Lelite allows sufficient oxygen to prevent suffocation of the roots. Partly due to the added minerals and trace elements, there is a well-rooted plant root ball and a healthy growth of the lily.
The development of a water lily depends largely on the nutrient medium in which the root tuber is planted. A vigorously developed root tuber forms healthy leaves and produces many flowers. Lelite has been specially formulated by Velda to let your water lilies bloom best. Lelite contains the most important building materials for optimal growth, leaf development and flower formation. The airy composition ensures good water circulation along the root tuber, while the added blue clay stimulates vigorous root growth. Suggested use: Provide a spacious plant basket (30 x 30 x 25 cm). For plastic plant baskets, use Velda cloth liners to prevent the soil from washing out and cover the root ball with washed gravel or substrate.
